iParking Platform Service Policy
The iParking platform aims to provide a convenient and secure service for all users. This policy is established to ensure that every party enjoys the best experience possible.

To offer real-time parking reservation services. To enhance convenience and reduce the hassle of finding parking spaces in various locations. To ensure user satisfaction and deliver a great experience.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Parking Reservation
Users can search and reserve parking spaces in advance through the platform. Supports reservations on an hourly, daily, or monthly basis.
2.2 Payment
Payments can be made via online channels such as credit/debit cards, PromptPay, and e-wallets. Refunds are not available except in cases of system errors.
2.3 Vehicle Safety
The platform facilitates parking reservations but does not guarantee against damage or loss of property.
2.4 Support Services
A dedicated customer service team is available 24/7 to assist with issues or disruptions.
3. Terms and Conditions
3.1 User Responsibilities
Users must comply with the regulations of the parking locations reserved through the platform. Accurate personal and vehicle information must be provided during registration and booking.
3.2 Platform Responsibilities
Ensure the system is operational at all times and resolve issues within 48 hours. Protect users' personal data in compliance with PDPA standards.
4. Limitation of Liability
iParking is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service unless caused by system errors.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Users wishing to cancel a reservation must notify at least 2 hours before the scheduled booking time. Refunds are subject to the conditions specified for each parking location.
6. Policy Updates
iParking reserves the right to amend or modify this policy without prior notice. Notifications will be communicated through the platform's announcement channels.
