4. iRes Responsibilities
4.1 System Reliability
Guarantee a minimum uptime of 99.9% to prevent disruptions in restaurant operations. Provide regular software updates to enhance features and address potential issues.
4.2 Customer Support
A dedicated support team is available to assist with technical issues and inquiries during business hours. Emergency technical assistance available 24/7 for critical issues.
4.3 Data Protection

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled with a minimum 15-day notice. Refunds are not applicable except for unused full months in cases of annual plans.
